Lemonade is one of the most sugar filled drinks out there. In this post you will learn how to make tasty sugar free and primal lemonade. You will get all the vitamins out of the lemon without the added sugar. Not to mention, an amazing taste :)
What you will need:
1 lemon
Directions:
Step 1
Slice your lemon in half
Step 2
Squeeze both halves of the lemon into a cup
This is what your lemonade should look like so far
Step 3
Add water until it reaches the top of the cup
This will prevent the sour taste, yet keeping a tasty lemony flavor :)

Why To Avoid Grains

The biggest myth out there is that "Grains are healthy." Well they're wrong. Simply WRONG. Grains are one of the most damaging thing to your body. Over tens of thousands of years ago, humans were hunter gathers. There were no grains. We are no longer hunter gathers. Grains offer the great majority of their calories in the form of carbohydrate so they cause blood glucose levels to elevate quickly. Grains is basically like eating sugar so its basically a snack everyone eats to much of. People (AKA the "experts" say that grains includes fibers and vitamins. Oh is that right? Well it is true grain contains fibers and vitamins. But what people don't know is that (For an example: A slice of bread) Is that it only contains half a gram of fiber and vitamins in each huge slice. So, think for a second. You are eating bread that is packed with sugar and you're doing it for the fiber. Is all of that sugar worth it for that very small amount of fiber? You can fiber out of much healthier things such as vegetables. Not to mention, bread is filled with gluten.
Many "healthy" things today are not as healthy as people think. This is just one of them. I hope you learned something from this post. Come back to this blog for more information on these sorts of topics.
